Become a Certified Structured Literacy Expert with Our Advanced Training Course.

Our Advanced Training Course includes 24 hours of seminars divided into 8, 3-hour sessions designed for those who have completed our Foundations Course to further their understanding of structured literacy and implementation of the Slant System intervention within your current educational setting.

Through the program, you will gain knowledge of all language concepts, spelling rules, and letter/sound correspondences that are taught in the 7 stages of the Slant System™ Teaching Sequence. Our experienced instructors will be available to answer any questions you may have about teaching in your specific classroom setting and will also provide the opportunity to collaborate with other educators.

This course is for anyone who has completed the Foundations Course and seeking deeper knowledge in Structured Literacy and wants to pursue their Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher Certification and Dyslexia Specialist Certification.

Course Objectives

The core objective of our Structured Literacy Advanced Course is to prepare you to implement the this structured literacy intervention with fidelity and to earn certification as a Slant System™ Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher.

Upon completing this program, you will earn your Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher Certificate.
